This 0.30 acre lot is located on Flamingo Road, a quiet section of Long Bay where more and more residential and vacation rental villas are being built. The area is know for it's multiple public beach access paths with perfect waters and winds for kiteboarding. Long Bay is also a short drive from the main tourist area, Grace Bay, and it's shops, restaurants, hotels, grocery stores and night life.
