There would be no Keller Williams TCI without this great statue of a man, Bengt Soderqvist. He is the founder and Broker of Keller Williams TCI. Bengt arrived in the Turks and Caicos as a surveyor in 1966 and has been greatly involved in the development of the islands since then. Bengt is a household name among the islanders as well as a well known person to many of the earlier investors on island.
Bengt is very knowledgeable and is full of wisdom and is always supportive to everyone. He is respected among the Government, Business and Real Estate community and is often called upon when we as agents are looking for property that is not MLS listed or difficult to find. He has a vast database of land.
He is still an active Rotarian and supporter of the Turks and Caicos Football Association. This year Bengt will be celebrating his 80th birthday and he is stronger then ever. You can still find him on any day at his desk bending over maps or sitting with a client helping them find the right property to get their home or project started.
