Amenities and services offered at The Docks will be available to all homeowners within the Homeowners Association. Amenities available to each homeowner are listed below.
Homeowners will be given a coded entry for access.
Security to oversee access in and out of the development as well as monitor the canal front. Public area to be monitored by camera.
Regulation size court with pickleball court lines and flood lights for nighttime play.
The Docks will offer cruiser bikes, kayaks and SUP’s available to residents on a ‘First Come, First Serve’ basis.
Fully equipped gym facility with air-conditioning, TV. Gym equipment includes a weight rack, yoga mats, weight bench, treadmill, stationary bike.
The Docks is an enclave that brings together purchasers with a common love for getting out on the water. To the North, kayak and SUP touring is offered via the non-motorized watercraft launch on Turtle Lake with Ocean access. Along the canal on the South, we offer a large ramp for motorized watercraft. In addition to the ramp, The Docks has dedicated a spot onsite where property owner’s boats can be stored long term and securely. The concierge team available at The Docks will also be able to arrange required servicing and mechanics through a preferred third party.
