About Laura Mensen

Canadian born, Laura grew up right here on Providenciales. Construction and development brought her parents from the snowy north to these white sand beaches over 30 years ago.  These islands continue to be her home, residing in Thomson’s Cove with her husband Marc and their daughter Cleo.

Growing up on job sites with a visionary builder-developer father has helped to shape Laura’s ability to see what ‘could be’.  She has a familiar comfort around new developments, renovations, or a piece of land with a dream plan.  Laura also has a deep appreciation for the island’s natural flora and fauna and understands the importance of sustainable development for the future of these beautiful islands.

Laura  is holistic in her approach to every real estate transaction, knowing every situation and every client is unique. She appreciates that any real estate transaction must be handled with care and diligence and understands the client’s time is valuable.
