About Vernica Delancy
Vernica is a native of the Turks & Caicos Islands. With over 15 years in the field of Real Estate, she provides a dedicated and professional service to all clients by putting their interests first, and she delights in making their dreams of island property ownership a reality.
Vernica was voted Ambassador of the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association in 2008/9 and has been contributing a portion of all property sales to the National Cancer Society of Providenciales. She has served on several committees within the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association increasing her knowledge on the administrative as well as social workings of the organization. She is also the Team Leader in her office.
